Your responsibilities:
- Create visually compelling designs and assets tailored to diverse clients across various industries
- Craft engaging headlines and short-form copy to complement visual designs across digital platforms
- Contribute ideas and concepts for campaigns and brand messaging
- Stay aligned with brand tone and style while ensuring creative consistency
- Ensure high-quality execution of typography, layout, and composition

Requirements:

- Clear and effective communication
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently
Strong good-to-haves:
- Proficiency in Canva
- Basic video editing or motion graphics skills
- Previous experience in a similar role (agency, client-side, or freelance)
- Undergraduate or postgraduate studies in a related field (e.g. Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications)

Hiring Journey:
- Application Review: Our team carefully reviews every portfolio and CV.
- Written Assessment: Candidates who pass the initial screening will receive a creative assessment via email to showcase their skills. Once you submit your work, please allow us up to 3 days to evaluate it.
- Face-to-Face Interview: Successful candidates will be invited to our Athens office for an in-person interview to meet the team. We will review this round and get back to you within 3 days.
- Final Interview: A final conversation to discuss the role in depth and ensure a mutual fit. You will hear from us within 5 days of your final interview.
- Offer: A conditional offer will be extended to the successful candidate.

We cater to all their digital needs – from content creation and performance marketing to video production, influencer marketing, SEO, and more – ensuring impactful results across all platforms.
Your daily tasks will include:
• developing and executing marketing strategies across various social media platforms, tailored to each client’s specific industry and needs
• publishing content for a variety of clients on different social media platforms
• monitoring and evaluating social media metrics using advanced data analysis tools to enhance the effectiveness of social media strategies
• engaging in collaborative meetings with the content creation and account management team to brainstorm and formulate innovative ideas and concepts
• engaging with, and growing, client accounts’ follower bases as well as replying to messages & comments in real time
• locating Influencers and contacting them
• identifying and analyzing emerging trends in the social media landscape
• searching for Facebook Groups and sharing content therein
• reposting relevant, attractive content
