Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Client communications: liaise with clients on a day-to-day basis; develop a comprehensive understanding of the respective sector of each client; build and maintain great relationships with each client via weekly communications through phone & email
• Process execution: directly manage flow of project information and control all approval processes
• Creative Team communications: brief designers and other content creators regarding client campaign requirements
• Performance support: liaise with Performance team on a weekly basis to set up, troubleshoot, manage & optimize ad accounts / paid media channels
• Strategic support: devise and manage strategic plans for client accounts from planning, timelines, allocation of resources and briefs to execution and delivery; proactively present new opportunities and ideas to maximise brand impact and campaign output; to push clients, and your team, creatively and strategically
• Growth support: closely collaborate with Community Managers on planning and execution of campaigns
• Reporting & documentation: prepare and present campaign performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for optimization; assist in the creation of proposals, pitches, and presentations for new business opportunities.
• Up-selling & cross-selling: recognise clients’ requirements for additional services and promoting relevant services and channels that align with those needs through up-selling or cross-selling

Your daily tasks will include:
• developing and executing marketing strategies across various social media platforms, tailored to each client’s specific industry and needs
• publishing content for a variety of clients on different social media platforms
• monitoring and evaluating social media metrics using advanced data analysis tools to enhance the effectiveness of social media strategies
• engaging in collaborative meetings with the content creation and account management team to brainstorm and formulate innovative ideas and concepts
• engaging with, and growing, client accounts’ follower bases as well as replying to messages & comments in real time
• locating Influencers and contacting them
• identifying and analyzing emerging trends in the social media landscape
• searching for Facebook Groups and sharing content therein
• reposting relevant, attractive content
