  • Account Executive (Entry Level or Junior)

You’d be a perfect fit if you possess:

  • Relevant Experience:
  • Entry/Junior: 0-2 years in account management, digital marketing, or a related field; OR a strong foundational understanding and demonstrable interest in digital marketing if new to the field.
  • Mid/Senior: 3-6+ years of proven experience in account management or client services, ideally within a digital agency setting.
  • Outstanding Communication: Excellent skills, both written and verbal, are crucial at all levels. For Mid/Senior roles, this includes a proven ability to build strong client rapport and trust.
  • Digital & Social Media Savvy: A solid grasp of major social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals. Mid/Senior candidates should possess a strong understanding of broader digital marketing techniques and brand strategy.
  • Proven Organisational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage tasks, prioritise effectively, and keep projects on track.
  • Multitasking & Deadline Driven: Ability to handle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously and consistently meet tight deadlines. Mid/Senior roles require a proven track record of managing complex projects.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Client Communication & Relationship Management:
  • Entry/Junior: Supporting Account Managers with daily client interactions (emails, calls, briefs), ensuring clear and timely updates.
  • Mid/Senior: Serving as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, building strong rapport, understanding their challenges and goals, and developing long-term strategic partnerships (especially Senior).
  • Project Coordination & Management:
  • Entry/Junior: Assisting in tracking project updates, gathering client materials, and ensuring smooth information flow to internal teams.
  • Mid/Senior: Overseeing project timelines and the full client lifecycle (onboarding, approvals, execution, evaluation), ensuring milestones are met and facilitating seamless collaboration between clients and internal teams.
  • Strategy & Campaign Implementation:
  • Entry/Junior: Conducting market research and gathering insights to support strategy development; assisting internal teams by relaying client feedback.
  • Mid/Senior: Collaborating closely with internal teams (Creative, Performance, etc.) to ensure campaign alignment; contributing to or crafting comprehensive strategic plans and presenting innovative ideas/solutions to clients (especially Senior).
  • Reporting & Optimisation:
  • Entry/Junior: Helping compile campaign performance reports and presentations, learning to interpret data.
  • Mid/Senior: Delivering detailed performance reports with actionable insights, providing strategic recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Team Collaboration & Support:
  • Entry/Junior: Working closely with all departments, relaying client needs and feedback effectively.
  • Mid/Senior: Coordinating cross-functional teams for unified planning and execution; potentially mentoring junior team members (especially Senior).
  • Agency Growth & Service Awareness:
  • Entry/Junior: Learning the agency’s full suite of services and assisting senior members in identifying potential opportunities.
  • Mid/Senior: Proactively identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling relevant services to add value and foster client retention.

Your daily tasks will include:

The Performance Specialist will be responsible for designing, creating, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across a variety of channels. Collaborating with internal teams and continuously adapting to industry trends, this role is pivotal in ensuring our clients’ digital advertising goals are met.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • designing, creating, monitoring, optimising and measuring paid marketing campaigns across various channels and networks (search, paid social, display etc)
  • optimising or setting up ad accounts, conversion tracking and sales funnels from scratch
  • regularly carrying out research regarding keywords, audiences and competitors and generating actionable insights
