Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Client Communications: Build and maintain enduring relationships with clients by liaising with them through phone & email, gaining a comprehensive understanding of their respective companies and business sectors as well as by developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.
- Process Execution: Directly manage the flow of project information and control all approval processes.
- Team Coordination: Brief each of the Creative, Performance, and Community Management teams on client requirements and goals, ensuring a unified approach for effective campaign planning and execution.
- Strategic Development: Devise and implement comprehensive strategic plans for client accounts, incorporating the proactive presentation of innovative ideas to push both clients and your team to maximise brand impact.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and present detailed reports and proposals, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Service Expansion: Identify opportunities for enhancing client engagements by recommending additional services and channels that align with their existing needs, focusing on value addition.
